Friday, September 29th, 2006A few days ago I noticed that one of the trees across the street from me had been cut down. I’m not sure why — it’s wasn’t a very large tree, so maybe it was diseased. Whatever the reason, I felt a little sad, as that particular tree tended to have great fall foliage; the picture below was taken in 2003.
